This week’s menu will be using up freezer meals I have left over from previous weeks. You can view the other March menu’s here, here, and here for the recipes and make ahead instructions. The rest of my meals will be easy throw together recipes.
As you start to prep menus ahead of time I highly recommend making extra of recipes when you can. For example, if you are going to make taco meat and you know that you eat tacos 3-4 times a month then try to make a double or triple batch so it is one less meal to think about as you go into the week. These meals will come in very handy when you have a busy weekend or things come up that prevent you from moving through your regular routine. For example, this weekend both our washer and dryer broke so instead of going grocery shopping I instead went appliance shopping. Having meals in the freezer relieved the stress of needing to get all my meals prepped when my time was focused on something else. I still had to put together my lunches and some other things but for the most part the meals were already done.
Here is my menu plan. I do not have a PDF available for this week – but I am working on a nice document that has all 4 weeks together. This should be available within the next week.

Make Ahead Instructions
The egg cups, sloppy joes, cheeseburger wrap meat, and chicken fried rice were all made over the last few weeks and in the freezer. If you need to make them please refer to the previous weeks for make ahead instructions.
For the chicken alfredo pita pizzas and chicken wraps I purchased a cooked rotisserie chicken. I shredded the meat, put in a container, and stored in the refrigerator until I will be using it for those meals. I also purchased jarred alfredo for the pizzas so I don’t need to worry about the sauce.
After I shredded the chicken I put together the mason jar salads for lunches.
That’s it. This was a simple week thanks to having some extra meals already in the freezer.
