How do you figure out the nutritional content of foods made from from scratch, i.e. breads, etc., or if one of your recipes is altered some? I am new to your site and I don't know if you have already covered this or not. I no longer work and no longer have children at home, so my sense of timing has gone out the door. I look forward to getting back on track with your site. What I have seen so far has been informative and interesting. I look forward to reading more of your entries.
