Pork Tenderloin with Asian Marinade

Although the outdoor grilling season is coming to a close I still enjoy having marinated meats in my freezer. Even if I can’t use my outdoor grill, I still have my trusty indoor grill that I actually prefer using.

Grilled marinated meats are a great way to prepare healthy meals that are big on flavor and low on calories and fat. My personal favorite marinades are ones infused with delicious Asian flavors like ginger, garlic, soy and sesame oil. Yum! The Asian marinade I made for this pork recipe was inspired by the grilled Asian chicken made by Gina over at Skinnytaste.

This is the third time I made this asian marinated pork tenderloin. It is really easy to prepare ahead of time for the freezer and grill up the night you will eat – you just need to remember to take it out in advance to thaw.

My husband loves it and it pairs nicely with different meals. We have had it over rice, in pasta, and most recently along side a chopped salad dressed with ginger dressing.

You can also use this Asian marinade with chicken, shrimp, or fish. Enjoy!
