If you follow Skinny Mom’s Kitchen on facebook and twitter then you know I spent a good part of the weekend freezer cooking or as some like to call it bulk cooking, make ahead meals, or once a month cooking, Regardless of what you call it I have a freezer packed with meals for the next couple weeks. Now I can go into the work week feeling a little ahead of the game.
Here is my menu plan for this week. All of the dinners you see below are prepared and waiting in my freezer. Sorry my breakfasts are so boring but I used the rest of the oatmeal to make Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies for my daughter’s snack day therefore no oatmeal this week.
Starting next Monday I promise to have the calorie count for each day. Enjoy!

**For kids. Because my kids will not eat this no matter how I bribe them I will take some chicken out before putting in sauce then just serve it with plain brown rice and a vegetable. |
