Something you will learn about me is I LOVE Chobani Yogurt! Just love it! I was never a yogurt fan until I tried Chobani. Now I am hooked. I eat it everyday and try to cook/or bake with it as much as possible. I was thrilled to come across the Chobani Kitchen area of their website where tons of recipes are offered.
Because I am always looking for kid friendly healthy breakfast recipes the Berry Banana smoothie caught my eye. This specific Chobani yogurt recipe inspired me to create a Skinny Mom’s Kitchen version called the Berry Divine Vanilla Smoothie. This name was given when my daughter says “mommy this is just divine” after tasting it. I know dramatic but oh so cute nonetheless.
This recipe makes about 2-3 servings depending on who is drinking it. It was more than enough for both of my daughters to have at breakfast time.
Nutritional information: This entire recipe is approximately 235 calories * 35 carbs * 2 fat * 22 protein * 4 fiber
Ingredients
1 6 ounce container of vanilla Chobani yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup 1% milk (add or subtract amount depending on the consistency you would like)
Directions
Using a regular blender
or a hand blender
blend all the ingredients together until it is smooth. Add the milk in a little at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
Using Chobani yogurt gives this recipe a rich delicious creaminess that you can not get with regular yogurt. Enjoy!

I love that yogurt, also….but the price stops me from buying it too often. I make homemade crockpot yogurt, strain it, and get it to a greek-style yogurt consistency. Yummy and tons cheaper.
