Classic Flat bread Cheese and Turkey Pepperoni Pizza

I recently discovered Flatout Harvest Wheat 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flat Bread and love it!! It has 120 calories, 6 grams of fiber, and 7 grams of protein per slice and is so versatile. Originally, I purchased these wraps to use for my Grilled Balsamic Veggie and Hummus Wraps but when my great idea to make pizza crust from scratch fell through I decided to reach for the Flatout Wraps as  a substitute. Of course I still plan on tackling home-made pizza crust but that will have to wait till the weekend.

Ingredients.

1 Flatout Harvest Wheat 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flat Bread

2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce

1-2 ounces of mozzarella cheese

10 slices turkey pepperoni

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Put flat bread on cookie sheet and then on top arrange ingredients to your preference.

Cook for 10 – 15 minutes depending on your oven.

Making Classic Style Cheese and Turkey Pepperoni Pizzas with the Flatout Flat bread was simple, took less than 20 minutes, an was huge hit with my kids. I look forward to experimenting with this flat bread using all kinds of pizza recipes.

Finally, in my home, I would not describe this as a kid friendly dinner since my girls thought the shrimp looked like huge bugs and would not even come near them. Hopefully, some day they will take pleasure in seafood but that night they had easy to make Flatbread Pizzas. [...]
